What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, please check the following:
- If you are logged into PayPal, please check your PayPal account is associated with a current credit/debit card.
- If you are using guest checkout, please check that your credit or debit card has not expired, and that your bank account has sufficient funds.
Very occasionally, there may be connection issues preventing Click & Drop from communicating to PayPal. If you are confident your cards are all up to date, please wait a few moments and then try to make your payments again.
