If you are an Online Business Account customer using the Scan & Print feature, and you are having difficulty generating your labels, please check the following:

  • If you have Royal Mail Print Assist installed or are using Click & Drop Desktop Auto Print, please check your printers have been assigned correctly. If your printers are set to 'None (No automatic printing)' as shown below, you may have difficulty generating labels.
    Alternatively, If you do not wish for your labels to be automatically printed, you can turn off Auto Print by unchecking the 'Enable automatic printing' button.


  • Check that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer or device. 


  • If you are scanning your own paperwork, please check that the channel order numbers in your own system matches those found in Click & Drop.
