Information on our most recent software releases can be found here. Please note that some changes only apply to only OBA or personal account types. 

Click & Drop release 16/06/2026

  1. You can now update your products in Click & Drop to have the new customs declaration categories via the products page.
  2. We've made some improvements when adding package contents to orders so that it is easier to save changes, and we've added a confirmation step if you navigate away while there are unsaved changes.

  1. OBA accounts only: Royal Mail has moved to using CN23s for its international exports except instances where combined labels are selected. CN23 documents will now be automatically generated for international orders.
  2. We've made changes to customs declaration categories when posting internationally. 'Mixed' has been removed. 'Sale of Goods' has been removed and replaced by two new categories, 'Commercial Sale of Goods' if you are a sending to a business, and 'E-Commerce Goods' if you are sending directly to a customer.
