WooCommerce does not support the inclusion of tracking details in your orders and customer emails by default. To enable this, you may need to purchase and download an extension such as:
My customer has not received their email/SMS notifications
Please note that orders downloaded from WooCommerce contain shipping address data, but billing contact information.
You may need to check that your customer has entered their email and telephone number in the order billing details, otherwise Click & Drop will not be able to provide notifications.
