To start using Click & Drop, you must enter one or more company addresses, and create one or more trading name. 

A company address determines which addresses are used for your outgoing mail, and for any returns. These can be the same or separate. 

A trading name represents key information about you or your business, and is used for tracking and notifications that are sent out to your customers, and holds important settings.

To begin adding a company address, click the 'Settings' link at the top right-hand corner of any page within Click & Drop to open your settings page. Click anywhere within the 'Company address' tile.

From here, you can:

  • Add new addresses
  • Edit your current addresses
  • Set your default company address
