Our new dashboard is designed to give you key data on the success of your operations.

To access, hover over the 'Home' link from any page within Click & Drop and click 'Dashboard'.

Please note this page is only available to Admin users as it displays information about your revenue and sales.

This feature is currently in the process of being released to Click & Drop users, so if you are an admin user and cannot see the Dashboard menu item it means the feature is not available on your account just yet.

The sales dashboard is comprised of four tiles:

The details of the data displayed in each tile is described below.

Sales

This tile displays an overview of the number of orders/sales received over a chosen time period. We use this data to try to calculate your estimated revenue.

In the above example, we can see there was a dip in sales between 30th Jan and 1st Feb, but on 2nd Feb the number of sales has started to increase again

We can also compare your revenue and sales to previous time periods. For example, if you choose a time period of 30 days, we will also show how the current 30 days compares to the 30 days previously.

When hovering over the appropriate date, we can see that the estimated revenue on Wednesday, 4th Feb was 61% higher than it was on the same day one week prior

Orders

This tile displays some key metrics about your order processing.

The 'despatched' wheel gives you an idea of how many of your order are still left to despatch.

The 'Fulfilment time' wheel gives an average time between orders importing into your account, and being marked as despatched.

Clicking on an order state will take you to a list of orders in that state. For example, if you click on New orders you will be directed to the orders grid which will be filtered to display all orders that have not had postage applied to them yet.

Channels

In this tile, we show a breakdown of your orders and the Channels they come from for a given date range.

The above example shows that the majority of orders in the last week have been imported manually (or through spreadsheet import), followed by Squarespace and only 4% of orders have come through the Click & Drop API

If you change the date range to Today, you will be shown a more detailed breakdown of order states for all the orders that you have received today.

Products

In this tile we show your top selling products by units for the time period you select. We will also display an estimated revenue total for the products below them.

The revenue is calculated from the price saved against the products in Click & Drop, and may not take into account discounts applied, or differences in pricing across your different stores/websites.

The best selling product in the last week was Cookie with 24 units sold and an estimated revenue of £50. The item bringing in the most revenue was Birthday cake with 9 units sold and £300 estimated revenue
