If you have an OBA account, you can arrange an ad hoc collection for ParcelForce with Royal Mail's Parcel Collect service from within Click & Drop. These are separate to the daily collections for manifested post, and can be booked at a date and time of your choosing.
How to configure your collection address
To begin, you will need to set the address you would like to have items collected from. This is configured separately to your Return Addresses you have already configured.
Navigate to Settings > Collections, and begin typing to search for your address.
When you have chosen from the list, ensure you check the relevant options, and click 'Save' when ready.
How to book a collection for selected orders
When you have orders you wish to have collected, you must first manifest them. When you have, navigate to your Manifested Orders page.
Select one or more orders, and from the actions dropdown, select 'Book Collection'
You will be presented with a popup that will show your collection address, outline the items to be collected, and allow you select a collection date and time from the options presented.
Be sure to check the details carefully, and then click 'Book a collection' when ready.
Next, you'll see a final confirmation step - click 'Confirm collection' to proceed.
All pending and past collections will now be visible on the New 'Collections' page. This can be accessed by hovering over 'Orders' in the red header bar from any page in Click & Drop and selecting 'Collections'.
Each collection is given a collection reference number beginning with 'CC'. You may need this number if you have any enquiries or questions about a collection.
Please note only collections no older than 30 days will be visible on this page.
