What is Labels to Go?
For personal account holders purchasing labels with Click & Drop many shipments are eligible for 'Labels to Go'.
A QR code will be sent as part of your confirmation email - you can take this to a Parcelshop (Collect+ or Post Office®) branch or a Royal Mail Delivery Office. They will scan the QR code and print the label, which you can then attach to your parcel, and drop off while you’re there.
Using Labels to Go is free; there is no additional charge once you’ve paid for the postage.
